With the new Behr stainless steel smoking grill oven, food-safe smoking and grilling of fish and meat is now even easier. Measuring approx. 43 x 28 x 11 cm, the new stainless steel smoker-grill oven is just the right size and offers enough space for up to 6 trout. Two spirit burners and adjustable smoke vent and a lockable lid with side clips for optimal heat inside the oven.
Application:
1. Place smoked flour and spices in the recess provided on the bottom of the oven and place the oval drip plate on top.
2. Insert the lower grate, place the raw fish on it and, if necessary, place the second grate over it.
3. Close the lid with the side clamps. Only add as much spirit to the burner as is needed for one smoking process (approx. 30-40 ml per burner). Use the holes on the spirit burner to regulate the flame. There should be two even flames heating the bottom of the stainless steel chamber. Please operate protected from the wind. After a short time, the smoked flour will ignite with the spices and evenly distribute the smoke in the oven.
4. You can then regulate the smoke intensity in the oven with the smoke outlet slider. After 15 to 18 minutes, the fish are smoked to an even golden brown.
