Shipping and Charges

Shipping within Germany:

If you order for over 80,- € at once the delivery will be free of charge

If you order for under 80,- € at once the delivery fee we will charge You will be 3,90 € (DPD) or 5,90 € (DHL).

Shipping with DHL: Delivery to freight stations and Saturdays delivery are the possible options. With Packstation it is possible to send only the packages up to a maximum length of 80cm. Longer packages will be returned by DHL.

The shipping costs will be clearly shown to You in Your „Shopping Basket“ and on Your order list.

Bei In case You choose the Cash On Delivery option we will have to include an additional COD-fee (6,65 €). No further additional fees or taxes will be charged.

Bulky goods: In the case of a parcel service dispatch for a package length of 1.75cm, we charge of only 10, - €.

Conveyance: Shipping is free of charge.

Conveyance: We charge € 199 for countries where forwarding is offered.

International customers (outside of Germany) may be eventually charged some transfer fees (in case the in advance-payment has been chosen as a payment option), taxes and custom duties, which will have to be paid by the customer. German custom duties are already included in our shipping costs. If You order from outside of the European Union we will substract the current German value-added tax from the value of the goods after Your registration in our shop (and also every time You log in).

Important note

Despite all caution measures it is possible that the goods might get damaged during transport. In that case we will refund you the damaged goods free of charge. Please note the following procedures: Shipping damages are to be claimed immediately upon receipt of goods from the deliverer. Then please inform us of the damage occured during the shipping.
