How to pick up goods from our store in Duesseldorf in person

To save time and postage fees, we also offer the possibility to pick up online-orders personally in our retail store.

AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!

1. Put articles into the shopping cart

Select the fishing products of your choice on koeder-laden.de and put them into the shopping cart.

2. Login with an account or order without registration

To proceed with the order, you will be asked to either log in with an existing account, create a new account, or purchase without registration. If you choose the option "purchase without registration", you will be asked to provide your contact information and address.

3. Select shipping and payment method

Select Pickup in Düsseldorf as the shipping method.

If you want to pay in advance, then you can choose between the following payment methods:

• Amazon Pay
• Paypal
• Sofort
• Cash in advance
• Visa/Mastercard
• Pay upon Invoice
• Direct debit

When picking up the goods on site, you can pay both in cash and with EC card.

4. Check purchase and complete the order

Check and complete your order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

5. Pick up your articles in our store

As soon as your items are ready for pickup, you will receive a short notification. You can then pick up your order at the store within 7 business days. Our opening hours are: MONDAY-FRIDAY from 9AM-5PM.
