BIM Tackle Lemur Catta Deadly Soft Plastic Lure

BIM Tackle Lemur Catta Deadly: The Hybrid Soft Bait for Your Finesse Fishing

The BIM Tackle Lemur Catta Deadly is a versatile perch lure that combines a paddle tail with a twister tail. It takes its name from the Katta lemur (Lemur catta), whose ringed tail inspired the design of the rear end. As a hybrid soft bait and creature bait, it is particularly well suited to finesse fishing with jig heads and finesse rigs.

The Hybrid Concept: Double Tail for More Attraction

The sickle tail (twister) creates a fine, wave-like motion when you reel in, while the paddle sends high-frequency pressure waves through the water. When fish need a more subtle presentation on difficult days, simply cut off the twister section with scissors. What remains is a gently swimming paddle tail shad.

Material and Build: A Natural Feel Near the Bottom

The ribbed body creates fine micro-turbulence and gives fish a soft, natural feel when they take the lure. The semi-buoyant material sinks slowly during pauses and stands upright near the bottom on rigs such as the Ned Rig. The heavily salted soft plastic with an intense attractant scent is designed to minimise missed bites.

Applications and Target Fish

At 6 cm or 7 cm long, the lure is ideal for finesse rigs, including micro jig heads, drop shot rigs, Ned Rigs and the flexible Cheburashka rig. Target species include perch, trout, chub and largemouth bass (black bass). Used as a chub lure, it also impresses with its subtle action.
