The Illex Chubby 41 DR brings the proven Chubby shape to deeper layers of water. Designed as a deep runner, this crankbait dives down to 2 metres, opening up areas inaccessible to shallower models.
Its compact 41 mm silhouette creates a distinctive wobbling action that appeals to perch, pike, trout, chub, asp and black bass. A steady retrieve with short pauses, using the stop-and-go technique, is enough to provoke aggressive strikes.
The lure is particularly effective when fished along steep banks, sunken structures, and deeper edges. The large diving blade ensures fast diving and stable running, even when retrieved quickly.
