Shallow Spool with Knot Slot for Smooth Line Lay
The shallow 32mm spool body, forged from anodized Duralumin, is intentionally designed to hold less line. This accelerates spool start-up and significantly reduces deep-spool backlashes. The integrated Knot Slot recesses the line knot inside the spool, ensuring smooth, even line lay on every cast.
QuietCast ACB System with Skipping Zone
The externally adjustable QuietCast centrifugal brake system features a dedicated Skipping Zone. With this Lew's baitcaster, you can skip baits further and with less backlash than ever before. Nine double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a Zero Reverse one-way clutch bearing deliver a play-free, silky-smooth retrieve.
