Jenzi T-Rex XF Fishing Reel with line

Jenzi T-Rex XF Fishing Reel with Line: The Ready-to-Fish All-Round Reel for Your Day on the Water

Want to head to the water without any preparation? The Jenzi T-Rex XF comes pre-spooled from the factory. All you need to do is attach the reel to your rod, thread the line through the guides and start fishing straight away. This makes the fishing reel an uncomplicated companion for beginners and a practical spare reel for experienced anglers.

Understated Design with Well-Thought-Out Engineering

Matt black with red accents gives the reel a sporty yet understated look. Inside, a ball bearing and a roller bearing with anti-reverse work together. This combination ensures a smooth, even retrieve and prevents the handle from turning backwards on the strike. The 5.2:1 gear ratio is a well-balanced middle ground. It lets you work lures briskly while still leaving enough power for the fight.

A Spinning Reel for Many Fishing Methods

As a Jenzi spinning reel, the T-Rex XF presents spinners, spoons and small soft plastics cleanly. It performs just as well for ledgering and for float fishing for coarse fish. The sturdy bail arm closes reliably and the ergonomic handle knob sits comfortably in the hand, even on long days on the water.

Two Sizes to Suit Your Needs

Size 2000 is well suited to light spinning for perch and trout and to fine rigs for coarse fish. Size 3000 offers more line capacity and suits heavier set-ups, such as ledgering or spinning for zander.

Our Practical Tip

Before your first cast, set the drag so that it gives slightly below the breaking strain of your line. This protects your line and knots during sudden runs. When you replace the line later, please refer to the stated line capacities.
