Delphin Free Spool Hexor Feeder Reels

Delphin HEXOR Free Spool Reel for Feeder and Carp: Smooth Running, Fine Drag, Fair Price

The Delphin HEXOR is a robust free spool reel developed specifically for bottom fishing. Whether used as a feeder reel on the river or as a carp runner reel on still water, this understated grey fixed spool reel with its wood-effect handle blends elegantly into any fishing kit. It combines function, reliability and attractive design with a budget-friendly price.

Smooth Running with 5+1 Ball Bearings

5+1 ball bearings combined with a 4.9:1 gear ratio deliver smooth running, while cut-outs in the rotor reduce the overall weight of the fishing reel. The wood-effect handle sits comfortably in the hand, both when retrieving the rig and during the fight.

Free Spool Drag with rubberised adjustment Knob

After the bite, the free spool reel releases line at a preset resistance that you can adjust to the current, bait and target species. The adjustment knob is coated with grippy rubber and can be fine-tuned securely even with wet hands. The smoothly working main drag keeps the fight under control and reliably absorbs powerful runs.

Deep Spool with Casting Lip and Spare Option

The deep spool holds a sufficient amount of thicker line diameters, making it well suited to long casts. A casting lip helps the line flow off smoothly, and a roughened section in the middle of the spool increases grip and prevents the line from slipping on the spool. A shallow spool for smaller line quantities without the need for a lot of backing is available separately. With a spare spool you can also keep a second line diameter ready and react quickly to changing conditions on the water.

Two Sizes for Your Kit

The Delphin HEXOR 5000 weighs 435 g, retrieves 49 cm of line per handle turn and holds 280 m of 0.30 mm line on the deep spool. The 6000 weighs 445 g, retrieves 52 cm per turn and holds 330 m of 0.30 mm line. Both sizes run with a 4.9:1 gear ratio and 5+1 bearings.
