Why Zeck Zander neck treble?
This rigging system is ideal for stone-packing, as the lead head is usually hooked there, not the hook. The treble hook does no more damage to the fish's mouth than a single hook and protects smaller zander from having their eyes pierced by large jig hooks.
The Zeck zander treble hook system with hook size #2 is ideal for soft bait from 14 to 18 cm in length, while size #4 is ideal for soft bait from 9-14 cm. Sebastian Hänel, the creator of this system, developed it especially for jigging in order to maximise the bite yield.
