This rod was developed with our DEGA Team anglers and 3-time European champion in boat angling, Katharina Schleiff. Along with the high quality components such as a slip-free EVA-handgrip, lightweight guides and reel holder, special attention was given to the overall lightness of the rod as well as the sensitive tip action. The upper third section of the blank features a sensitive action, a decisive attribute for spoon angling. The powerful spine supports the retrieval of caught fish.
Tip from European champion Katharina Schleiff: Allow the spoon to sink - raise the tip of the rod and crank the reel 2-3 rotations and repeat. The creation of a dustcloud gets the fishes attention and causes it to want to bite.
