Lurante Cheburashka lead-head system attachable lead
Cheburashka is a russian invention and consists of a lead head with a detachable hanger. The quick-change system is used for jigbaits but also small lures and deadfish could be connetcted with it.
To fasten the baits you first thread the hanger into the eye of the hook. After that the hanger is pushed in the lead head until it protrudes on the other side. Than you connect the eye with the snap.
Cheburashka gives the bait a freer movement because it is not rigid on a jighead. Moreover the jig tilts slower before it touches the water bottom. That makes it more attractive and increases the success of the fisherman.
